All services are delivered with a structured approach, clear expectations, and professional oversight. Coaching is provided weekdays only and tailored to ensure appropriate progression and long-term outcomes.

  • Return to Play Reconditioning Package

    Being cleared is just the beginning. This is where most re-injuries happen. Over 12 weeks, we rebuild your strength, capacity and confidence, and get you back to competition ready.

    • For athletes medically cleared but not yet game ready
    • 13 week individualised Return to Performance program
    • Initial injury & history consultation
    • Week 0, 6 & 13 performance reviews
    • Weekly check-ins to monitor progress

    For athletes seeking structured, long-term support rather than generic training. Tailored to your sport, injury history, and goals, with progression to support you and drive consistent performance.
    Valid for 8 weeks

    • Coaching tailored to your sport and position
    • Structured progression based on your capacity
    • In-person sessions or online coaching
    • Ongoing program adjustments
    • Access to a structured exercise platform/app
    • Integration with allied health input where relevant

    • Monthly program updates and progression
    • Designed for independent athletes training on their own

    Individualised exercise support tailored to an individual’s goals, and functional needs. Sessions focus on improving physical and mental health through structured, evidence based exercise.
    Valid for 52 weeks
    • Individualised exercise sessions tailored to participant
    • Programs aligned with NDIS goals and functional capacity
    • Strength, mobility, balance, and movement development
    • Support delivered in a structured and safe environment
    • Programming adjusted based on progress and capacity
    • Available in person, online or participants environment
    • Collaboration with your support coordinator where needed
    • 1 x 45 minute session p/week | 12 months minimum commitment
