Bridging the Gap between Rehab & Performance

AthElite Strength & Conditioning specialises in the phase after physiotherapy discharge, when athletes are medically cleared but not yet ready for the demands of training and competition. This is where many injuries re-occur.

Our coaching provides structured reconditioning, sport-specific preparation, and long-term performance development so you can return stronger, more resilient, and confident in your body. We work with developing athletes, competitive performers, and active individuals both in-person on the Bellarine Peninsula and remotely across Australia.

Who we work with

• Athletes returning from injury or surgery
• Individuals discharged from physiotherapy but not yet game-ready
• Athletes seeking structured performance development
• Youth athletes building long-term athletic foundations
• Active individuals wanting expert coaching beyond generic programs
• NDIS participants requiring evidence-based exercise support

Our Approach

All coaching is delivered through our very own FAST framework:

F - Focused on long-term performance and durability: Training that prepares you for sustained participation, not short-term results.

A - Athlete-centred and individualised: Programs tailored to your injury history, sport demands, goals, and training environment.

S - Structured for progression: A clear roadmap from rehabilitation clearance to full performance readiness.

T - Targeted to real-world performance: Training that transfers to your sport, position, and competition demands.

Our Mission

To provide athletes and active individuals with the structure, expertise, and accountability needed to return to performance safely and confidently, while reducing the risk of re-injury and building long-term physical capacity.

Collaboration with Health care Professionals

Where appropriate, coaching is delivered in collaboration with treating physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons and other allied health professionals to ensure a safe and effective transition from rehabilitation to full performance.
