Working with all abilities and age-groups, we have the versatility to meet at a neutral location or use our new gym (located in Portarlington). We prescribe individual exercise programs tailored to our clients because no two people are the same. We also take group training sessions so that you can exercise with others and stay motivated. Our staff at AthElite Strength & Conditioning work with you in the gym or the track to monitor how you are progressing and to get the most out of each session.
ROSS CELANO - PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

BACKGROUND
Hi I'm Ross and I'm the Performance Director at AthElite Strength & Conditioning. With my extensive experience working with professional and semiprofessional athletes as an S&C coach and player, physical attributes is one of the most crucial components across all sports, which is why I believe a scientifically-proven approach is always the best method to create adaptations in athletes.

- Masters Degree in High Performance Sport at Australian Catholic University
- Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sport Practice) at Victoria University
- ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist
- Exercise & Sport Science Australia (ESSA) Member
- Certificate III in Sport & Recreation

ATHELITE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING RUNS BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS. PRIOR TO THE INITIAL SESSION, A FULL ASSESSMENT OF EVERY CLIENT IS UNDERTAKEN. EVERY SESSION RUNS FOR 60 MINUTES AND COVERS A WIDE RANGE OF AREAS (AT OUR GYM OR MOBILE) INCLUDING:
